Introducing our Fig Amaro

A refined and complex digestive with fig leaves, coconut, and white pepper on the nose, followed by rich fig confit, dried fruits, and warm spices on the palate. It finishes with bitter citrus, orange zest, earthy gentian root, and a peppery touch. Crafted from gently poached figs to capture their sweet, earthy aroma. Best enjoyed over ice with a slice of orange or in a local Negroni.
