This refined liqueur begins with our signature fig gin as its foundation, crafted from figs grown at our orchard in the Adelaide Hills. To this, we blend the rich depth of specialty coffee roasted by Coffee Barun, one of Adelaide’s most acclaimed roasters.

Think rich roasted coffee warmth, layered with figgy sweetness and a smooth gin finish. The result is a seamless balance of bold flavour and refined elegance, perfect for slow sipping or creative cocktails.
