Pot & Still Fig Sour Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 60ml Fig Aperitif
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 Egg white
  • Ice Cubes
    Method:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 20 seconds.
    2. Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds to create a smooth, frothy texture.
    3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
    4. Serve and enjoy!
