Pot & Still Fig Sour Recipe
Ingredients:
- 60ml Fig Aperitif
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 Egg white
- Ice Cubes
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 20 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again for 20 seconds to create a smooth, frothy texture.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Serve and enjoy!
